I spent last weekend cruising town and ducking into thrift shops, Ikea, Home Depot, & OSH, looking at house plants, plumbers putty, mops, pianos, end tables. Its hard to keep up a good blog documenting the update of your LA rental when you don’t have any money to drop all over town in your spare time. The apartment is still so very empty.
So, instead I will dream of an aesthetic that I’m not even pursuing in my little Santa Monica apartment…… Country comfort. I’ve always admired old iron beds.
oh man this post makes me want a little country cottage in northern Michigan near the lake.
