There are many trends that I am absolutely, whole heartedly in support of and I’m really carrying the torch for.
This post is not about those, this is about my distaste for pipe furniture.
I think I’ve had my fill of furniture built from pipes. There are other ways in which we can express our love of modern, industrial style. Those ways are not as obvious as metal piping and while I’m at it… factory cart wheels.
Instead, let’s explore a mix of light fixtures, upholstery, furniture and accessories that embody the industrial age — without screaming it. Let’s avoid being Captain Obvious, in decorating, and in life.
