Baby Girl’s Nursery

So I was all convinced that it was a boy and then we went to the ultrasound and two things were confirmed:

  • I’ve got no unborn baby gender intuition
  • It’s a girl

For the past couple of weeks since the ultrasound I’ve let the girl nursery design ideas circulate in my brain. Here are some of the things that have been floating around up there,

  • well…no airplane prints for little miss but I’m sure from the looks of things her nursery will be the envy of little (and big!) girls everywhere!

  • A girl! Congratulations! I LOVE your nursery inspiration round-up. Amanda Peet’s nursery from Domino (2nd to last picture) has always been a favorite room because it has the ability to grow with a little girl over time. Can’t wait to see the space put together!

  • I dig the color scheme… and front facing book shelves, but my hubby doesn’t think they hold enough books.

    • valid concern…I have an ever growing collection of kid’s books & as you collect you realize what can be edited, like the Disney Princess story book, ugh! The collection will be split between the two girls and I have more built in bookshelves in a tiny spare room upstairs so I think I’ve got it covered if I decide to do the front facing. I’m skipping the Expedit in this nursery.
