Sarah’s House – Demo - The Estate of Things

A little progress update in the renovation of my master suite. We’ve hung the plastic construction door over the opening to the living area which oddly we got a lot of comments on. To contain the dust or at least try out best, we ordered a hands-free magnetic closure dust barrier from Amazon. Others seem to like it because you could walk through it with a handful of tools and it would close behind you and it held up almost to the end of an eight month renovation.

Here’s what the space looks like at this stage,

Feeling excited because you always feel excited during demo because it happens relatively fast compared to other parts of the renovation process and because you have a sense that progress is being made.
