Sebastapol…I’m Coming Home

I love the name of this town, fun word to say.  What might be loved even more is this home built in Sebastapol, CA.
The house provides for great views of the landscape surrounding you.  I have a friend who owns some property overlooking a small waterfall and they would like to build a small vacation home on that site. At 1,700 square feet, this house is modest in size, the whole front side is windows and the modern and simple style allows the environment to remain the center of attention.  Could be a good fit.
