You know…you are right. There are twin beds everywhere. They look great and I especially like the uniqueness of the pair in the first image.

Lots of great rooms. I like the last image, the kids room with the flags and all the pattern.

@Betsy – I remember you all posting on that room in the past. I love it. It reminds me to add color to my muted pallet. I also bought the World Market rug from your post. Such a perfect and affordable way to add a lot of color to my very very brown living room.

Funny you post this, because this is exactly what I am going for in my twins room. They are graduating out of cribs. Thanks! They are all such great inspiration.

Yes! And I love them! We have a friend who bought the first house she and her husband lived in (very small), moved it to her backyard, and fixed every room up with twin beds for a guest house. It is fantastic! I love these rooms you found!

Jesse-Are you going to put a dresser or table in between?

Beth-I’m so jealous of your friend’s guesthouse, I wish I could fit twin beds in my guestroom.

Twin Beds in the guest room would be so great for the couples that come to visit you. Like Lucy and Desi…..

    Bregan.
I’m so glad you got that rug. I thought it was a good bang for the buck too. Lots of pattern, and at 5′x7′ its a showpiece.

Now I have my eye out for a black and white striped rug like the one in the blue and red room up there. And I want it for the World Market Suzani price too.

    haha.

I have more singles than couples coming to visit me these days. I am sick of air mattresses, I have three.

I bet you could line up three singles in that guest room downstairs.

Twin beds are really the way to go when sharing the room. I also like the different orientation set up.

The design (placement of the beds) on the first picture is ingenious! Love that!!!
