What if all I did here was whine about my personal crises? Boy wouldn’t that be a drag? There is probably a different blog niche for that, and I should get in on it.
My view on the exterior world is all messy right now though, and it makes it really hard to do much else besides nose-to-the-grindstone type work, but my creativity is defunct, and I keep getting distracted by terrible headlines. I’m in a rut.
But you know what doesn’t make me feel yucky?
Flipping through the website of the Design/Build firm that has an on point aesthetic! Get to know H2 Design & Build!
Sarah asked me to have a look after she met with our new friend, Lauren, of Copper & Walnut last week.
Lauren had casually mentioned them and her appreciation for their aesthetic. Sarah passed it along to me as she was happy to see some familiar images.
Those green cabinets in their office renovation were an inspiration for our own Green cabinets at Shop TEOT.
Digging into the entire portfolio was inspirational for both me and for Sarah.
It’s a nice blend of contemporary style with classic cottage roots.
