It’s rooted in our heritage and for many many years, makers and ceramicists have set up shop along the country roads that connect town to town across the state.
Sarah picked up a few of these pots recently because we have a feeling that this work will speak to our California vibe lovers. Much like the potters of the California Modern movement, these earthy glazes and fat drips and organic shapes speak the language of the midcentury.
Not to mention, we are all about textural layers and playing with organic elements in decor. To be sure, a big wonky pot with a sea green glaze will elevate an essence of texture in your home.
