Recently the A-frames that pop up onto the market (which I have been scouring since my AirBnB pursuits have been thwarted by fate) have really been taking off.
I’m sure it is because over 5 million Angelenos are at the mercy of the Coronavirus and of that 5 million a number are fortunate enough to be able to look to a second home as a refuge. Especially with the popular idea of using the property to supplement income.
So there have a been a number that jump onto the market, but I’m gravitating toward this one because I believe it has easy renovation potential that we will all be able to visualize.
Immediately I thought of Emily Henderson’s Mountain House renovation.
