The Indiana Project is a 1,600 square foot home built in the 1920’s in Sarah’s sweet North Carolina town of Southern Pines. This historic renovation took a full 8 months to complete, and got its start in January of 2013. The Indiana House is not the first entire house to be gutted and so beautifully put back together, and it won’t be the last. Sarah is already planting the idea in her dear husband’s head to move again, sounds like she has a two year bug.
