We have some great a-frames right here where I live in NC, in a local lake community called Seven Lakes. I toured a 70s a-frame house last winter, it had a free-standing wood stove in the living area with a stack that went up through the wood plank ceiling…good stuff.
The imagery of this post could literally scroll for ages but at some point I’ll cut it off. But how bad do you want one of these things? Imagine solid windows on one end with a view, wow. I know a couple of people who might want to build simple cabins with a river view, huh?
There are so, so many good ones, but I like this one because Mama a-frame has a baby a-frame.
