Butler Constructs takes on two traditional styles in Downtown Southern Pines

Hi there friends far and near!

We have some more news of happenings in downtown Southern Pines, that we think is of interest to you all. Remember last week, when we had a look at a 1910 Farmhouse and a 2017 new construction take on the historic style?

Well, we are back today with another look at that new construction, PLUS we want to introduce you to its Colonial twin, located right next door.

After teaming up with Dandeneau Architecture our good friend Sean Butler of Butler Constructs has completed two of the most impressive homes to hit the downtown Southern Pines real estate market in some time. Here are a couple of photos side by side, from each of the two homes! Which do you prefer!?

The Colonial is nestled in between some old pine trees, typical of the region. It gives it a very private and special feeling. The Farmhouse meanwhile, is situated on the corner lot and stands tall and proud with lovely peaked gable. Each home has been professionally landscaped.

Both kitchens feature the same architectural design concept, but the difference in finish and material provide a real interesting opportunity to explore your personal preferences. The overhead beams were hewn from trees on the property! It’s always fun to have a storytelling moment like that.

Do you like the single door entry, or the double door?

In the area, and want to know more about these homes? View the full listing info and photo tour here on Sarah’s Featured Listings page: http://sarahefarrell.com/featured-properties/

As you may have gleaned from last week’s look at the Modern Farmhouse – TEOT is staging the Farmhouse style home and we will have plenty of lovely wares for you to peruse at the open house! Stay tuned for more info about that open house, the pillow giveaway that we’ll be running for visitors and of course, the lovely photos that we will be taking on Thursday! Wish us luck as we are off, staging away.
