OK if you’re following along and paying attention to this House Huntin’ series–I was kind of looking for a new house but wasn’t able to get too serious. Now things are serious because my house is under contract.
I’ve been so busy with getting the house ready for listing that I haven’t had a lot of time to announce that I intended to move. I was only able to post a few pictures for the listing, we had one showing, they loved it and wanted to move forward with a contract.
These are my listing photos for the interior which are pretty limited. I’m not going to share exterior for privacy reasons, sorry I’d love to.
Remember the downstairs bathroom I did a mini-makeover on, well here it is all finished.
We took the hideous wallpaper down in the kitchen finally among other things,
Benjamin Moore’s Wickham Gray in effect in my bedroom. Lots of people are curious about how that color played out. Remember when the samples were up?
So we enter the due diligence period now, that means termite and home inspections. I’ve pretty much committed the local MLS to memory now. If something doesn’t shake out soon, I’ll probably be moving to Grout Cottage.
