Sarah, in my dining table post, as I pondered chairs, you mentioned that red Pauchard chair sitting by your guest bed that I like to prop my weekend bag on. It’s a good chair and I’ve been thinking about it.

I picked up a bunch on Craigslist for $40 each. Real vintage ones from France. It’s ok, I hate me for the score too…LOL
RT- I can’t tell if the heat rising in to my face right now is from jealousy or pure hate. Why don’t I ever get that lucky? Show us a picture so I can really feel the burn. And Betsy I also think I’m in love with Thonet as is everyone.

Maybe you said this already, but Crate and Barrel has a similar chair called the Lyle. $200 a pop, though.
