Sarah is being way to modest I guess. I got down to her house for Memorial Day weekend and almost flipped when I saw the difference in Bungalow 404. Almost everything is in its place there and the house felt great. Last time I was down it barely had sheet rock on the walls.
We celebrated Dylan’s birthday, had a porch party with the dogs and made some music with Rob (Please check out the original RnB song that we created here). I also snapped a picture of the front of the house so you could have a quick view of the before and after exterior.
Meanwhile, be looking forward to more tales from Sarah’s renovation efforts. I’ll tell them myself if I have to, though I just don’t think I can do them the justice they deserve!!

The old house looks drab,the new look is more upbeat and
more pleasent.However,if you look around in your area you will likely find the same “new look”.I would have liked to see something more dramatic.What,I don’t know,maybe stucco.

Lloyd-Stucco…not so much. Actually people in my neighborhood aren’t really honoring the architectural period that their house was built in. They fight the style of their house rather than embrace it. Really you’ve just got a snapshot here, the whole interior was redone as well. I understand wanting visual drama, but there wasn’t anything really wrong with the exterior layout. How have I just now discovered this gem? Great writing, style and content. When I saw that you are in Southern Pines my heart skipped a beat. My husband and I began our married life in Southern Pines 35 years ago, fresh from college nearby (Campbell & Elon).
